These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everaevirtualsolutions.com (the "Website") and to Everae HQ, the private web app run by Everae Virtual Solutions, LLP ("Everae", "we", "us"). By using the Website or Everae HQ, you agree to these Terms.

Everae HQ

Everae HQ is an internal tool. Only Everae team members and people we authorize, such as platform reviewers, may sign in. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at info@everaevirtualsolutions.com if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Website or Everae HQ. That includes trying to get access you haven't been given, interfering with how they work, scraping them, or using them to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

Instagram and other platforms

Everae HQ connects to Instagram through Meta's APIs. Your use of Instagram and Facebook is governed by Meta's own terms and policies. We use Instagram data only as our Privacy Policy describes and as Meta's Platform Terms allow. Posts found through Everae HQ belong to the people who made them: we use them only as inspiration and link to them on Instagram rather than copying them.

Client work

The services and content we provide to clients are covered by our separate written agreements with them. Where one of those agreements conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

Our content

The text, graphics, logos and downloads on the Website belong to Everae or the people we license them from. Free downloads are for your personal use unless we say otherwise.

No warranties

The Website and Everae HQ are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Everae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Website or Everae HQ.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. You can ask us to delete your data through our Data Deletion page.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the Website or Everae HQ after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
