Everae HQ: how to delete your data

Everae HQ is the internal tool our team at Everae Virtual Solutions, LLP uses to plan content. If you connected an Instagram account to Everae HQ through Facebook Login, you can have the data we hold about that connection deleted at any time:

• In Everae HQ: go to Settings → Instagram and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the access token, Facebook Page ID, and Instagram account ID and username we stored.
• On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Everae HQ → Remove.
• By email: write to info@everaevirtualsolutions.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We'll delete the data and confirm by email within 30 days.

If a link to one of your public Instagram posts is saved in Everae HQ and you'd like it removed, email info@everaevirtualsolutions.com with the post's link and we'll delete it.
